That page shows 92 people online today, but I’ve noticed that the figure is almost always the same. How is the count calculated?

It counts online Managers in past 24 hours 😀

No, it counts only Managers who were online in past 24 hours. So, +1 per Manager, can't add more than one for one Manager.

That's a pretty credible number, since there are just over 30 leagues. If there are 3 or 4 active managers in each league, it matches the number of managers online.
